:( I also need a small bobcat - I have quite a nice model of one but it would be great to have an animated one for this job.įor the rest, it has been a quick and easy way to create a fly-through - love the product! Look forward to your comments.

It is not just display, they come out this way in the exported movie clip too. They look great, but when the view is at a distance they appear to be housed in a shiny box! when you get closer to them, they render normally, very odd. Secondly, I have painted in some trees, rocks and bushes into my scene. I have enabled 'Show logo In editor', and I get a sample logo on the screen but the option to use a custom logo is greyed out. I have started using our new copy of LumenRT in earnest, and have come across a few issues - I was hoping someone would have some answers for me.įirstly, I would like to add our company logo. PS - here is a screen shot from my version that shows the missing texture flyout for terrain materials: Thanks in advance for your help and forgive my ignorance if I am missing the boat with my questions above. This is head and shoulders above my past workflow with other software. I am very excited to see what kind of visuals, fly-trhoughs and animations that I will be able to generate with LumenRT. Is this because I have accessed it via Bentley subscription? Or is there something I need to do to get these materials to show up in the material fly-out?Īny input would be greatly appreciated. However, the online version shows access to the Terrain layers (asphalt, concrete, etc.) that I apparently do not have access to directly in LumenRT. What is the best practice for applying materials?Ģ) If I use LumenRT's built in materials,I notice the materials that are depicted as being availabe online is generally the same as I have to chose from. I have the option to apply all the general materials in SketchUp and then import the model to LumenRT, or to import "naked" in LumenRT and apply materials. I have a simple question that maybe the experts can quickly point me in the right direction:ġ) I am bringing in models from SketchUp and also SiteOps.

I am a Bentley subscription so not sure how that impacts the version I have or the answers i will receive. I just downloaded it and love how easy and intuitive it is to use.
